Project Description
Design of Additional Carriageway of Hassanabadal - Abbottabad in a part of the Hassanabadal - Abbottabad Road Improvement Project Contract. The National Highway Authority desired the detailed design of the Additional Carriageway for which an addendum to contract for consultancy services was prepared and signed by both the consultants and the client dated November 23, 1991. The Additional Carriageway is either on left or right side of the existing road depending on the site condition.
The items included in the detailed design are given as under:

Detailed Topographic Survey, including a survey of structure and utilities

Soil and Material testing along the proposed alignment, including actual boring and drilling
