Project Description

As an implementation of its development plan to make the beautiful coastline of Fujairah as the most attractive place for the tourists, Government of Fujairah has decided to initiate the development of a mix used facility known as Fujairah Paradise 

The site of this project is located near Al Aqqa, about 3.5 km away from LeMeridian Hotel.

This development is proposed to be constructed on an area of 260 Hectares. This development is comprised of the following facilities:

• 1010 Villas having an average area of 450 sq.m

• 1 Five Star Hotel (151 Keys)

• Shopping Center

• Sports Stadium

• Kindergarten

• Administration Block

• Road Network (12.7 Km)

Scope of ECIL's services was also including the detailed protection of the development and ECIL designed full WADI protection against hill torrents considering the topography of the area.
